We often encounter​ siloed libraries of “tribal knowledge”​ across sectors, particularly those that are data-heavy. These are often the most human components of any operation - labor intensive processes that are manned by expensive operators utilizing intellect, experience and domain knowledge to create breakthroughs in desired output parameters. The key lever of Wave 1 Opportunity Areas is identifying which processes in a domain are eminently industrializable.
