Identifying Wave 2 Winners

In W2, we must ask whether there is a legitimate path to being ROI-positive, in which it becomes an exponential exercise to hit a J curve and cross into profitability margin scale vs. a service model.

For a startup looking to validate if they have traversed W2 and are ready to enter W3, there are two core questions. What is the atomic indicator of performance you are improving through your MVP? How valuable is a delta improvement in this indicator for the customer?
